Provincial Nominee Program (PNP)
This program is a substitute to the Federal Skilled Worker Program for temporary foreign workers in Canada. Each province has its own selection criteria. In most of the provinces, low skilled jobs can be eligible for nomination. PNP program is not a points based system so it is not difficult to qualify and Temporary foreign workers working in Canada have a fairly good chance of being nominated in the province where they are working.
